Paper Talk: Praise for Hernandez, Team takes shape

Following his goal scoring debut, Javier Hernandez is the talk of the town and understandably so. The plaudits have been raining in including from former US team coach, current manager of LA Galaxy and manager of the all star team that Hernandez scored against, Bruce Arena.

Arena insists that United have struck gold by securing his services and that Hernandez has bright future.
Hernandez’s performance has also given Sir Alex somewhat of a dilema as the young Mexican has forced his way into Sir Alex’s plans.

Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed he now plans to try a Rooney/Hernandez partnership and see if it bears fruit. To add to this, Ben Hibbs has declared that United will start off the season with an attack of Rooney, Berbatov, Macheda & Hernandez with Owen set to join when he returns from injury meaning loans for Diouf and Welbeck.

Antonio Valencia is set to be fit for the start of the season having resumed training.
The winger underwent an ankle op in May and it was thought he would be out for the opening weeks but he has joined up with the reserve team at Carrington and his recovery is well ahead of schedule.
More good news and will definitely be music to Rooney’s ears.
