“Every young striker should take note of how Javier plays.”

Javier Hernandez’s rise from obscurity to stardom was one of the stories of last season.

The Mexican was unheralded when he signed for Manchester United but strong pre season performances meant people had a rough idea of what to expect from him. But his 20 goals last term pretty much exceeded all expectations as he is partnership with Wayne Rooney blossomed helping United to title number 19 as well as the Champions League final.
